At Night School Christmas celebrations
Christmas celebrations were organized on December 17, 2017 for Night School children at the Evening Study Centre, Polur. Mr.Mansoor Ali, District Manager, Nabard Financial Services Limited was invited as the chief guest. Rev. Sr. Victoria, was special guest of honour for this event. Rev. Fr. Samson SDB, Director of SPMS presided over the function, Rev. Sr. Nirmal Rose FMA, Superior, Sacred Heart Convent, Rev. Sr. Lidwin, Principal, Auxilium Matriculation Hr.Sec.School, Polur, Rev. Sr. Angella, Principal, R.C.M School, Polur, Rev. Sr. Brijit, Rev. Sr. Philo, Spiritual Sisters of Salesian Convent graced the occasion with their solemn presence. During the ceremony children presented different varieties of dances. Totally 488 students participated in the Christmas program.
In his felicitation address, Mr. Mansoor Ali conveyed his Christmas wishes and stressed that living in love is the only way to succeed in this life. He also said that, it is very pathetic to see families starving with hunger, while others are throwing food in the dustbin. He encouraged the people to love one another with the unconditional love of God.
