The book 'Organizational Behaviour and Management Process' authored by Father Lawrence Susai, a Salesian Priest of Chennai Province and Secretary of Don Bosco Polytechnic College, Thirukazhikundram was released by the Provincial of Chennai Province Father K M Jose on 17 April 2021. This book is expected to ignite the minds of management students and Salesian Educators in India towards upward mobility in knowledge building. Father Stanislaus Swaminathan a mentor and friend who inspired the author, received the first copy.
