Pannur, Tamil Nadu: Don Bosco Migrant Services (DBMS), Pannur, successfully organised a vibrant Football Tournament for migrant youth from Kanchipuram, Chengalpattu, and Thiruvallur districts, aimed at promoting their welfare and strengthening their physical and mental well-being.

The tournament, held on the DBMS grounds, witnessed the enthusiastic participation of eight teams, each displaying remarkable talent, energy, and sportsmanship. After an exciting series of matches, the champions were honoured with a trophy and cash prize, celebrating their achievement and encouraging young migrants to pursue healthy recreational activities.

Speaking on the occasion, Rev. Fr. Johnson SDB, Rector of Don Bosco Pannur, expressed his appreciation for the initiative and encouraged the youth to continue engaging in positive and empowering activities. The event also benefited from the guidance and support of Fr. Simolin, Director of Don Bosco Migrant Services, whose leadership contributed significantly to the smooth execution of the tournament.

Don Bosco Pannur extended its gratitude to all the Fathers, Brothers, Aspirants, and the dedicated DBMS staff members whose teamwork and collaboration made the event a memorable success.

With this tournament, DBMS Pannur reaffirmed its commitment to the holistic development of migrant youth, promoting unity, confidence, and community spirit through sports.
