The eight-week programme is designed to give the participants a good exposure to curriculum design practices, instructional material development concepts and vocational education practices.
Dr. S. Dhanapal, Course Coordinator organised for the delegation of participants to visit SIGA Polytechnic College on December 6, 2017, mentioning that, “Since your institute offers several successful non-formal training programmes and a diploma programme with proven curriculum and instructional methods, it is felt that the participants will benefit by an exposure to your practices as well as through interaction with your faculty.”
After the visit of the delegation, Dr. Dhanapal remarked, “The participants gave very good feedback about the Diploma program in Printing Technology and the non formal program you are offering. The dedication and commitment of your staff in their work caught their attention in their very first visit and they were appreciative of the same. They were also mentioning the excellent and modern infrastructure you have in the laboratories.”
This is a shot in the arm to SIGA Polytechnic College which has been striving hard to become a centre of excellence in their chosen field.
