The training for the night school teachers of Don Bosco Tribal Development Society, Jawadhi Hills was divided into three different sessions. First session was about ‘5 reasons to be an effective teacher’. The second was ‘4 effective teaching methods’ and the last session was group discussion and presentation. The first two sessions were interactive. The trainees were given opportunity to share their views and opinions. During second session, four methods were taught to them and a demo for each method was given by the trainer.
The third session was a group discussion and presentation. Here they were divided into 6 groups. Each group had chosen a teaching method and at the end of each presentation it was evaluated by others.
