Master R. Neelanand has been making waves on the sailing circuit winning trophies and medals galore, year after year. In most of the competitions he happens to be the youngest participant. His dedication and determination to the sport have paid him rich dividends. In the YAI’s Youth National Championship held at Krishnapatnam Port in Nellore on Dec 26, 2017, Neelanand won a Gold in the Optimist class.
